Picly is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that allows registered users (“Account Holders”) to collect photo submissions from third parties (“Uploaders”) using shareable upload links.

The Service is intended for temporary photo collection and transfer, not permanent storage.

Picly does not control, monitor, or review all content submitted through the Service and does not assume responsibility for such content.

You agree not to upload, collect, or distribute content that:

5. Accounts and Security

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

Picly is a paid subscription service. Plans include storage allowances and may include overage charges. Billing is processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. Picly does not store credit card numbers.

Plans may include a free trial period. Payment information may be collected at signup but will not be charged until the trial ends. Overage charges may still accrue during the trial.


6.2 Storage Limits

Picly is designed for temporary file collection and transfer. We do not guarantee long-term storage.

7.1 Active Accounts

Files are retained while the account is active.

7.2 Deleted Files

Deleted files may be permanently removed and may not be recoverable.

7.3 Cancelled Accounts

Accounts and associated data may be deleted within 30–60 days after cancellation or non-payment.

7.4 Temporary Files

Temporary files (such as ZIP downloads) may be automatically deleted.

7.5 User Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important files. Picly does not guarantee data recovery.


8. Upload Links

Upload links allow third parties to submit files.

Account Holders are responsible for:
